Our best people deserved a new chapter.

In ten years we trained more than a hundred recruiters at Greystone. Some built a team, others became the go-⁠to names in their market. And one day, the best outgrew their employment contract.

They billed enough to go out on their own, but alone they missed the floor, the competition and someone to spar with. That’s why we built Shortlist: you keep what you bill, we handle the rest. And we only earn when you do.

We don’t like to see good colleagues leave. So we make sure everyone has a place that fits.
