You work as an independent, under your own name. We take care of the database, the tools, the invoicing and a seat on the floor, and keep a share of each fee. You keep 50 to 75%, with no fixed cost. After four weeks, you’re already calling from your new chair.

From each fee, we keep a share to run the platform. The more you bill, the more you keep.
Each percentage applies to that part of your billing. Your first €100k at 50%, the next part at 60%, everything above €200k at 75%.
Your bracket depends on your billing in your contract year. That year starts on your first day at Shortlist, not on 1 January.
No monthly fee, no joining fee. Bill nothing for a month and you pay nothing either. You only pay for extras when you use them.

Do I pay anything fixed?
No. We only earn something when you bill.
How do I get paid?
We draw up your invoices, in your name, and follow up on payment. Once your candidate has started and the client has paid, you get your share. Rather not wait? Then request factoring through your portal.
How soon can I start?
Four weeks on average: first the introduction, then your contract, your market set-up and your BV. Still serving your notice? We’ll get everything ready so you can bill from day one. See the switch
Where are the offices?
In Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels and Amsterdam. Your desk is ready whenever you want it.
Do I have to be in the office?
No. No hours, no targets, no manager. The floor is there when you need it.
Do I work under the Greystone name?
No. You build your own name and your own clients. Greystone is only behind the platform.
